Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Voxomate (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use the dashboard at app.voxomate.com and related APIs. It is written to be readable and to meet Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements for Google Drive data accessed with the drive.file scope.

Who this applies to

It applies to account owners and team members who sign in to Voxomate, and to people whose data you process through WhatsApp automations you configure (for example contacts in your inbox).

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash (via Supabase Auth), billing identifiers, and product settings.
• WhatsApp product data: session metadata, messages, contacts, groups, automations, broadcasts, and media you send or receive through the product.
• Google user data (only if you connect Google Sheets): OAuth tokens, the Google account email, and metadata for files you pick in Google Picker or that this app creates or uploads (file id, name, mime type, parent folder, link). We read and write spreadsheet cell values live through Google’s APIs to provide the Integrations features you see. We do not copy your entire Drive, and we do not keep a standing copy of sheet contents in our database.
• Usage and diagnostics: API logs, error reports, and approximate IP for security and abuse prevention.

How we use Google user data (Limited Use)

If you connect Google, we use Google user data solely to provide user-facing Voxomate features: connecting your account, opening files you select, creating spreadsheets, uploading files you choose, and reading or writing those spreadsheets in the dashboard (including importing rows into broadcasts when you ask).

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting or ads personalization.
• We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI / ML models, and we do not transfer it to other parties for that purpose.
• Human access to Google user data is limited to cases you request (for example support), security investigations, or as required by law.
• We request only drive.file plus sign-in email. That scope cannot see Google Drive files you have not opened with Voxomate or that this app did not create.

How we use other data

Account and WhatsApp data are used to operate the product you signed up for: inbox, automations, billing, team access, and support. We do not sell this data.

Storage, security, and retention

Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest on our API servers. Linked-file metadata is stored in our database until you unlink the file or disconnect Google. Disconnecting revokes the Google grant. You can also revoke access in your Google Account permissions. Account data is kept while the account is active and as needed for billing, security, and legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data with processors that host the product (for example database, object storage, and email). Google receives OAuth and API calls you authorize. We do not share Google user data with unrelated third parties. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Your choices

• Disconnect Google Sheets in Integrations → Connection.
• Unlink a file without deleting it from Drive, or delete it in Drive if you choose.
• Request account deletion by emailing voxomate.com@gmail.com.

Children

Voxomate is a business product. It is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes to Google data use will be called out in the product before they take effect.
