Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Voxomate at app.voxomate.com. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. If you use Voxomate for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

The service

Voxomate provides WhatsApp automation, inbox, CRM, and related tools, plus optional integrations such as Google Sheets. Features depend on your plan. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Your account

• Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite.
• You must provide accurate billing and contact information.

Acceptable use

You will not use Voxomate to:

• Violate WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or other provider terms, or applicable law.
• Send spam, deceptive messages, or content you do not have rights to send.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or access another customer’s data.
• Use Google access to scan Drive beyond files you pick or that this app creates.

WhatsApp numbers can be banned by WhatsApp. We provide safety guidance; we do not guarantee that a number stays active.

Google Sheets and Drive

Connecting Google is optional. When you connect, you authorize Voxomate to access only Google Drive files you select with Google Picker or that the app creates or uploads, using Google’s drive.file scope. You represent that you have the right to grant that access. You can disconnect at any time. Google’s own terms also apply to your Google account.

Your content and customer data

You retain rights to the data you submit (messages, sheets you connect, files you upload). You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate the product for you. You are the controller of your customer and WhatsApp data; we process it on your instructions as described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans, trials, and payment

Paid plans, credits, and trials are described in the product. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices or abuse.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, delivery of every WhatsApp message, or that Google or WhatsApp APIs will remain unchanged. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Voxomate and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost data, WhatsApp bans, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the product and request account deletion. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. After termination, we delete or anonymize data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must retain it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the new terms, except where a separate notice or consent is required.
